Welcome to the The University of Arizona Health Plans eServices website for health plan providers. We know your time is important, so we are offering a simple tool that allows you to access member enrollment information and the status of claims you have submitted to any of our health plans. The University of Arizona Health Plans administers four plans: University Family Care, Maricopa Health Plan, University Care Advantage, and University Healthcare Marketplace.

Providers will be able to access enrollment and claim status information online in a secure, easy to use environment. To access the The University of Arizona Health Plans eServices website, please register here. If you are a registered user, please "Sign-In" and upon authentication you will have access to enrollment and claim status information.
